From the 11th to the 15th of January, I and some teachers of Native Camp underwent a comprehensive training for Callan Method. It's a teaching method designed for students who wish to learn English in less time. This method has been used in English Language Schools in UK.
It was a bit hard for us to learn this method since it's new to us. It's totally different from the traditional and conventional way of teaching. There are lots of efforts needed to rightly execute this method.
As I seek for better ways of improving my teaching skills I was able to list down some noteworthy points when teaching.
Here are our photos :)

You are not teaching if you are not correcting.
Of course, the best way for a student to learn is by knowing his mistakes and trying
not to do the same thing.
Keep up with the student.
It may be true that a teacher must be one chapter ahead of the student, but having known the different types of students you have it's just right to be on the same level with them.
Remember that we are helping the students.
Accuracy is much more important than speaking speed.
Yes. What matters is how you communicate using the right words in every situation.
Speed may come next.

On the last day of the training we went to a nearby Japanese resto and tried Ramen. ^_^
