I and two of my friends went to PRC Cebu to apply for the Professional Teachers Licensure Exam on September. We've had our requirements ready days before. There aren't so many things required for First Time examinees. Here's the list I got from PRC: 1. NSO - photocopy (but you have to show your original copy) 2. TOR - photocopy (but you have to show your original copy) 3. Cedula - photocopy (but you have to show your original copy) 4. Passport size picture - colored - just prepare 8 pcs 5. Postage stamp - (this is actually available at PRC) 6. Documentary stamp - (this is actually available at PRC) 7.
