Since my sister and I have been too desperate to go on an adventure this summer, we "planned" (not really) to go South at Barili, Cebu and explore Mantayupan Falls. May 12, 2013 at past 10am we started our trip, I, my sister, and her two childhood friends. From Parkmall Mandaue, we took a taxi bound to South Bus Terminal. It wasn't stupidity nor ignorance that made us forget that the next day is Midterm Elections and that when we reach the terminal we were so overwhelmed seeing a sea of people flocking the Terminal just to go back in their hometowns and exercise their right of suffrage. I contacted a friend who's from Barili and asked her another way how we can get there before the sun sets:) And so, we rode a taxi from South Bus Terminal to Gaisano Tabunok.
